Shivam built this app for a civic reporting platform connecting communities with towing services.

Concept & Architecture
He began by studying how citizens interact with public infrastructure and the challenges of parking enforcement. Through market research and collaborative workshops with the client, he uncovered the need for a real time reporting tool that felt intuitive and rewarding. He defined the core user experience: an effortless violation report, immediate towing requests, and a transparent cashback payout structure that incentivizes community participation.
It became clear that the platform needed to be responsive, trustworthy, and heavily automated to reduce manual friction. He structured the system around a centralised backend that processes geolocation data, dispatch requests, and reward credits instantly. A modular, scalable architecture was drafted to ensure smooth communication between the mobile frontend and the towing service databases, setting a strong foundation for growth.

Full-Stack Engineering

Development & Launch
The build phase was guided by speed and code maintainability using React Native Expo for the app and Node.js for the backend. He applied atomic design principles, creating a library of reusable UI components that ensured visual consistency across the entire application. The backend was engineered with a modular folder structure, allowing him to seamlessly handle real time location tracking, payment verification, and towing service allocations without technical debt.
At the close of the project, he deployed a fully functional, cross platform application available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. He handed over a complete technical package including architectural diagrams, API documentation, and a fully backed up code repository. A training session with the client’s internal team ensured they could manage future updates independently, marking the successful launch of Falschparker as a reliable civic tool for the community.
